1. Who provides the service

Lamcer Finance is a project of Luis Ángel Meneses Cerón, an individual domiciled in Colombia. For any matter related to the service, write to contacto@lamcerfinance.com.

2. What we offer

Lamcer Finance offers financial calculators and tools for academic and educational purposes. All calculators can be used free of charge.

Lamcer Finance Pro is a one-time-payment license that adds features such as exporting results to Excel and PDF, saved scenarios and step-by-step explanations, plus features added in the future. Specific features may improve or change over time.

3. User account

To buy and use Lamcer Finance Pro you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

The license is personal and non-transferable: you may use it on all your devices with the same account, but you may not share, resell or assign it to others.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change in the future; changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record: it handles the charge and applicable taxes and sends you the receipt. Lamcer Finance never receives or stores your card details.

The charge is made in US dollars; the amount in your local currency is an estimate based on the exchange rate of the day. Your bank may charge fees for international purchases.

5. Student discounts

Student discount codes are personal and valid for a limited time. If misuse of a code is detected, the license obtained with it may be revoked.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Withdrawal and refund conditions are described in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service; attempt to bypass the restrictions of Pro features; reverse engineer it; or use the site in an automated or abusive way that affects its operation.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, calculators and code of the site belong to Luis Ángel Meneses Cerón. The results you generate with the tools are yours to use freely.

9. Third-party market data

Some tools use public third-party market data, such as Yahoo Finance. These tools are offered free of charge, are not part of Lamcer Finance Pro, and the accuracy, completeness and availability of that data are not guaranteed.

10. Academic purposes: not financial advice

The tools are for academic and educational purposes. Their results are not financial, accounting or tax advice, nor investment recommendations. You are responsible for verifying results before making any decision.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lamcer Finance's liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your license. This does not limit your rights under Colombia's Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).

12. Service availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or external causes. The one-time Pro license gives you access to Pro features while the service is available; should it ever be discontinued, at least 30 days of notice will be given.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with its update date and, for significant changes, registered users will be notified.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. As a consumer, you may turn to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) to protect your rights.
